Wedding dresses

We've given ourselves until the end of February to really start talking about when and where we'll have the wedding.  From there we can work backwards and sort out all the details.  In the meantime, I'm having fun pulling together some wedding dress inspiration together.  My friend Jada is making the dress for me....so I've been collecting a few photos to give her an idea of what I like.  Clearly I am obsessed withJenny Packum. My favorite is second to last.

Playing catch up here - here's Tuesday's color - blue, turquoise, etc.  This was taken in the Turks & Caicos a couple years ago - a quick weekend trip when the flights and hotels were cheap, an escape from the city.   

White....

According to style.com, one of the new trends for spring is white lace. 

No, no, no - not the white lace of the Madonna "Like A Virgin"  years:

And not the white lace of wedding dresses...but the white lace of Brazil and summer.  These images are so pretty to me, I wish I was going to South America and was wearing white all summer long.  Instead I'll be trying not to lean up against a dirty subway car in a white tshirt.
